Your visit will be made even more special by the presence of the town's beloved herd of donkeys. These gentle creatures now roam freely, a living testament to Cripple Creek's rich history.

Immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere with live music, and indulge in a variety of “Fall” themed beverages and food. Participate in friendly competitions like pumpkin carving and pie-eating contests, and capture memories at the Fall photo booth. As you enjoy the delicious food and beverages, you'll be enchanted by the sight of the donkeys, cared for by the dedicated volunteers of the Two Mile High Club. For a small donation, you can even purchase specially approved "donkey biscuits" at local shops and museums to feed these four-legged ambassadors. This celebration of autumn, combined with the unique historical character of Cripple Creek and its famous donkeys, offers an experience you won't find anywhere else.
