All vehicles must be out of the event area during public hours on Saturday and Sunday.

Insurance
If application is approved, the following vendor insurance is required. Insurance is Non-Refundable, do not purchase before acceptance as a vendor.
The requirements are a minimum of $1M general liability insurance. If you already have insurance that will cover you for the event, you just need to have your agent name the parties below as additional insureds and upload the certificates as instructed when you fill out the accepted vendor form.
Additional insureds are: Two Mile High Club, P.O. 306, Cripple Creek, CO 80813.
We recommend waiting until you are accepted as a vendor to purchase insurance.

Electric Services
Electricity is not available. All vendors must use a WHISPER generator only. No exceptions.
Sales Tax
All vendors are required to collect and remit sales tax on taxable items. A license is required.
Food Vendor Requirements
All food vendors must have a current food service license issued by the Health Department for the State of Colorado. Please contact the Teller County Department of Public Health and Environment at (719) 687-3048 to ensure you have all the necessary licenses and paperwork needed to vend at our event. In the event a food vendor is not in compliance during the event, the vendor will be required to close until compliance can be accomplished.
Vendors using any type of compressed gas will be required to have cylinders restrained from falling by using a chain, rope or similar material to anchor bottles to a fixed post or similar object.
All food vendors must have a fire extinguisher on site with at least a 3A-40B-C rating.
Bring your own trash receptacles & bags, and empty them in roll-off bins provided by the city. Do not empty trash in city trash cans.
Food vendors are required to pay a $100 flat fee minus Donkey Dollar credit at checkout. Checkout will begin at
4 p.m. on Sunday.
Water
Water will not be provided.
